Filled with Edwina's best hints and tips, this is a workshop you’ll leave inspired with the beginnings of a story, if not a full first draft.
Scribblerz is for young writers (8-12 years old) wishing to build their writing skills and produce publishable works of fiction. At Scribblerz workshops, children learn writing fundamentals, workshop pieces of writing, and work with experienced writers to produce written works. So far, Scribblerz have produced an anthology of stories and microfiction printed on cushion covers.

How can you take advantage of awards and competitions? Why is networking in your writing community so important? (and how do you do it?) Practical aspects: writing exercises and discussion; cover letter; synopsis; useful tips and industry contacts; receiving rejection; how to be a good literary citizen.
